LATHING

We have 4 CNC Lathes, 2 of them with motorised turret and + Y-axis, with the ability to turn any type of part up to a diameter of 500mm. We are specialists in the manufacture of any type of axel in any material.

MILLING

We have 11 Machining Centres, all with 4^th axis and with different capabilities. 4 of them horizontal.

EXTERNAL GRINGING

We have 2 cylindrical Grinders with a grinding capacity of up to a diameter of 250 mm and length of 1200 mm.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our QMS is certified with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

We have a three-dimensional machine with X=705, Y=1005, Z=605 capacity as well as the various necessary measuring apparatus.

Our staff are highly qualified, trained in the strictest statistical and control techniques.

We offer a comprehensive serial machining service, from the purchase of the raw materials to delivering the finished piece to the client.

With storage and mechanical assembly capacity of the different components.

We obtain the raw materials from top-tier suppliers, and we subcontract thermal or surface treatment work and product finishes to companies with proven experience, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable and quality response to the entire production process.
